OnTime Promo & Apparel began in 2007 when family members Ben, John, and Frank founded Milwaukee Custom Graphics, LLC. Starting in Ben’s condo as a full-service print shop, they produced signs, banners, and any project with fast turnarounds. Rapid growth soon forced moves to dedicated spaces, first locally, then to Milwaukee’s Brewers Hill area. In 2009, responding to customer demand and vendor frustrations, they entered screen printing with a manual press and small dryer. Known for quality and responsive service, they quickly added an automatic press. In 2010, production shifted to Whitewater, WI, and they expanded into embroidery. From two employees and older equipment, the company grew to a team of over 20 with top-tier screen printing and embroidery machines. In 2015, retail locations opened in West Allis and Bay View, WI, for convenient customer pickups. January 2020 brought a new headquarters in New Berlin, WI, consolidating operations to boost quality and speed. That August, a merger with Raven Services added signs, banners, and awards expertise under one roof. In 2026, OnTime will move to a larger New Berlin facility, positioning the company for continued growth.
