Onus Projects, is a Nelson based construction project management company that has an excellent reputation for delivery of capital works projects in the commercial, education and residential sectors across the top of the south island from Marlborough to Golden bay, Nelson to the West Coast. We are a small company consisting of 3 great experienced people who believe strongly in the values of communication and accountability. We are also hands on Project Managers and pride ourselves in being able to provide advice and solutions with a strong focus on providing old fashioned service. Our hands on approach enables us to provide practical advice and solutions. Resulting in us having an excellent reputation for doing what we say we will do.
