OPAN is the most widely used platform for online patient registrations for outpatient aftercare. Electronic networking between the various partners in the healthcare system is becoming increasingly important. Information channels are becoming faster, more secure and clearer. Data protection and data security as well as increased efficiency and time savings are important success factors in an environment of constantly increasing cost pressure. OPAN® enables institutions, medical practices and private individuals to transmit registrations reliably to the selected organisation. OPAN enables registrations to be sent to Spitex organisations, homes (nursing homes, children's homes, homes for young people and the disabled, convalescent homes, hospices), rehabilitation clinics, psychiatric clinics and freelance nursing professionals. If these organisations are registered with OPAN and are contractual partners, they can receive registrations online via the OPAN platform and communicate with the referrer on a case-by-case basis. In addition, free capacities can be shown to referring organisations.
