During 2022 Oparo delivered 135 supported housing units focused on tenant wellness worth £30m, and partnered with various Housing Associations aiding in their development and asset management programs. In 2023 Oparo Group closed institutional funding to deliver £500m of Mainstream Housing and secured mandates for an additional 550 Supported Accommodation places.
