Open Avenues Career Pathways

By participating In Open Avenues Career Pathways projects, college students tackle real-world challenges and develop technical skills that are highly valued in STEM and business fields today. At Open Avenues we take pride in: • Selecting student candidates based on their interests and existing skillsets. • Exposing students to the best industry practices. To do so, we hire experts from high-growth companies to act as Project Leaders and manage participants' work. • Helping students develop resumes, work on professional communication skills, and receive career guidance from Project Leaders. We're particularly proud of Open Avenues students who have come from underrepresented communities and throughout our projects develop competencies that allow them to excel in the workplace.
