Children and young adults only get one shot at formative education as their cognitive and emotional growth is at its most critical stage. Far too many are not achieving their full potential and the education ecosystem can, and should, do more. Our understanding of the child is paramount, to identify risks and help define equitable interventions to enable all to succeed, regardless of background. As a 'not-for-private-profit' we are setting out to address this challenge ahead of shareholder returns. By democratising education data and AI we will put information in the hands of experienced practitioners to help them make the best possible decisions. We are committed to the principles of Responsible AI, and align to the goals of Open Education Analytics through open source software and charitable community education data projects in the UK.
