Open Forum Foundation
The Open Forum Foundation was a DC based nonprofit organization that ceased operations in 2014. It focused on enabling advancements in, and supporting the adoption of, technologies that would improve the relationship between citizens and their governments. The majority of work was on the federal level. In the Congressional space, we managed the Open Model for Citizen Engagement, an association of developers and vendors of citizen engagement software. On the agency side, we facilitated cross-agency collaborative events to support agencies in the adoption and implementation of their open government plans.
