Open Innovations

Open Innovations (formerly ODI Leeds) is a not for profit, independent, mission led, radically open organisation. We work in the open with our sponsors, companies, organisations, governments and individuals to use open data to innovate and help people make better decisions. Our mission is to- create a place where people from all sectors/backgrounds can come together to be creative, innovative, and collaborative. We want to be inclusive, vibrant, and most importantly, fun for all- encourage the people of Leeds (and beyond) to engage and innovate with open data. Ask questions, find answers. Look at problems from new perspectives then build solutions. Innovation is hard. It can be the key to unlocking future value in an organisation. We approach innovation openly and help break down the barriers that can stifle creativity in the process.
