Open Mind-Research & Consulting

The Open Mind team anchors expertise in their ability to combine research with direct social sector experience, to tackle problems that begin with people and spiral out to organizations and into complex systems. We serve philanthropic and nonprofit organizations throughout the US, Puerto Rico and other US territories. We help ground program design and grantmaking through the use of research, and use findings to illuminate new insights that help clients approach their work in innovative and different ways. We have experience: establishing strategic frameworks for grantmaking, conducting research on social problems/social change issues, designing theories of change, conducting landscape analyses, coaching leadership teams through change management, and leading organizational capacity-building efforts.
