OMA is so called to represent what we believe;supporting and developing people is all about- we want to open minds to fantastic opportunities that individuals can access as well as being open -minded as an organisation as to the range of approaches available to us to ensure our clients meet the high expectations we set for them. Currently, the company has shifted direction from off-site training delivery to bespoke school-based professional development. The Leadership Insights Platform is a suite of programmes that has a flexible approach to meet the needs of all members of an organisation. The programme is underpinned with a commitment to self-review, coaching,on-line evidence collection against National standards, motivational profiles and team dynamics. The programme is running successfully in three regions across Yorkshire & Humber and has a hub school (now in its third phase of CPD strategies)based in Thorpepark Primary School, Kingston-Upon Hull.
