We are creating an equal start line for young people from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds. Through our bespoke, accredited WYZ® programmes focused on financial literacy and employability, we have helped close the opportunity gap for more than young people. We build meaningful links between education and the world of work, partnering with leading UK employers to create real pathways into employment. Our initiatives support Minority Ethnic under-18s with life skills and under-funded UK schools with the technology resources they need to thrive.
