We believe in parting knowledge, mentoring and working with you to see you succeed and not doing your job as a contractor or consultant. Change success or failure depends on an organisation first clearly understanding the “rate of change” it can absorb to become successful. This depends on multiple factors. New companies generally have a higher rate of change as they work towards proving their business model while established companies struggle to break out of the stability zone. We believe this rate of change can only increase if staff in an organisation take ownership for that change.
