Openage Initiative

OpenAge initiative is a public-interest initiative to make age private, reusable, and globally interoperable. Built Through Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration and developed through years-long consultation with leading technology platforms, policymakers, privacy advocates, child safety organizations, and civil society groups. OpenAge was created to give users the ability to provide their age without revealing their identity. For them, the use of AgeKey is always free and optional. OpenAge ensures that platforms, apps, and websites of all sizes have a solution that is easy and affordable. The funding model is designed to simply cover the base operating costs of the initiative.
