This enterprise is the result of the strategic collaboration of leaders in the real estate, financial, and technology sectors, aiming to provide an innovative solution through tokenization for both real estate players and investors. OpenBrick works in close collaboration with the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and under the framework of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Its infrastructure, based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), is being meticulously developed in partnership with both regulators.
