Openex Mechanical Technology Ltd. is established in 2003, with its headquarters located in Guanyinshan International Commercial Operation Center, Xiamen,China. We are one of very few companies that has capabilities to provide a full range of metalworking products and services to customers worldwide. We produce metal parts, components and assemblies involving single or combinative processes such as machining, metal fabrication, casting, forging etc. Our products are applied to a variety of industries for a wide range of purposes, such as: • Machinery • Rail transit • Power and energy • Boat and bridge • Infrastructure • Oil and gas • Aero space We are able to provide a wide range of custom metalworking, especially high precision fabrication and machining from the medium parts to large complex assemblies. We have succeeded in providing products and services to more than 30 industrial giants listed in Fortune global 500. We have started to provide large steel fabrication works to well-known customers, such as JFE and Mitsubishi Motors. We have developed many customers worldwide, including USA, Australia, Europe etc.We have been cooperated with some customers for over 10 years due to mutual trust and support resulting in our annual growth exceeding 50%. Our machine fleet allow us to complete any size works, even the largest machining projects ever known on earth. For instance, Schiess VMG6 PS is Double Gantry 7-axis Machining Centre with bed size up to 50×8×7m and loading up to 450 tons. With a combination of milling, turning, boring, drilling and grinding on the largest workpieces, and turntable is vertically up to 6m, VMG6 PS equipped with a kuka robot to speed to head changing. Our machine tools are set up and operated in constant temperature and humidity control room without window due to our commitment to maintain high precision and accuracy. We use Leica AT901-LR laser tracker to maintain machine tools in good working order. The laser tracker can measure any large work pieces within a sphere of radius 80m with micron accuracy. One of our Zeiss measuring machines can check component up to 7x4x3m with accuracy up to 0.43μm.
