Openki

Empowerment through self-organization. Openki envisions a society where education is part of everyday-life, self-determined and accessible for everyone. People experience mutual appreciation and feel empowered through how and what they learn. We are working on a toolbox for self-organized learning and are currently building a community and partnerships in Zurich which support our vision. We are creating the open-source platform openki.net to bring people with the same interest together and facilitate finding locations for workshops. Additionally we support our community throughout the process of organizing courses, plan social events like workshops and festivals and foster discussions on self-determined education.
