Oppenheimer Development Corporation is a diversified northwestern real estate development and management company with wide-ranging experience, highly specialized skills and a multi-dimensional approach to problem solving in real estate. Our services include development management, leasing management and full-range property management services. Founded in 1972, our initial emphasis was on the development of real estate investment projects for Oppenheimer-Falk Realty Company, which evolved from Falk Realty Company (established in 1868). We have grown by developing substantial real estate ventures for Oppenheimer-Falk Realty and other investors/owners. Our clients include: JR Simplot Co, Qwest, Wright Runstad & Co, Bank of America, Safeco Properties, Wells Fargo Bank, General Services Administration, City of Eagle and others. Oppenheimer Development has managed a variety of properties including the Wells Fargo Center, One Capital Center, Overland Park Shopping Center and Medallion Five Mile Professional Center in Boise, Medallion Eagle Professional Center in Eagle, Idaho, and the Pioneer Building in Downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming.
