Prior to founding Optech Consulting, our Managing Director has spent the last 20 years at the world’s largest outsourced service providers in the FMCG & GNFR sectors with a combined annual revenue of over £25bn. During this time he has overseen the design and build of new warehouse facilities, conducted strategic operational reviews and efficiency improvements as well as supply chain optimisation. In addition, he was responsible for the configuration, bespoke development and roll out of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA / Red Prairie) dispatcher WMS to numerous businesses & warehouses. He has also led specification and implementation of bespoke in-house software and automation projects for E-commerce, B2B and B2C operations in the Europe & Asia Pacific regions.
