We’re Opti-Business and we provide customer big data and analytics. We believe that our success is intertwined with that of our clients, a sustainable relationship is based on providing decision making data, analytics and evolution. Our specialty is ensuring our clients are able to collect vast amounts of real-time demographic data which is used to build strategies, increase revenues, reduce operational costs, and increase the quality of the customers experience. We started this business using the core software from our partner which is deployed in over 500 universities (behavioral Science) and numerous large multinationals to collect focus group data. We wanted to provide retail stores access to one of the most powerful facial analytics platforms to date for a fraction of the price. With our development team we continuously look at creating new features which further supports our clients. Narrow-Casting based on unique triggers, feature based elimination, heat mapping of store areas to eliminate bottlenecks and increase quality of customer experience to night vision for restaurant, club and darker environments. We are currently working on expanding our API and SDK to allow integration with third party platforms such as POS’s.
