Optima Durant Group is a fully integrated real estate company that focuses on development, construction, design and property management. Optima Durant, the motto of the founder’s long-time primary childhood school, translates to The Best Endures. The Company was founded in 2017 and pursues projects within the New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas markets.(1). Development: Our development division employs a variety of strategies when structuring projects, including limited partner, joint venture and sponsor-led equity arrangements. We work with small-to-midsize institutionals, private equity firms, family offices, local & regional banks, local & regional land and development funds, EB-5 investment channels, and high-net-worth individuals. We also co-invest with other real estate developers and investors.(2). Construction Management: Our construction division coexists with Optima Durant Development projects in Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas. Independently, we will also bid on ground-up and/or adaptive reuse projects.(3). Property Management: Our management entity supports all current and future properties under the umbrella of Optima Durant Development. We also provide an array of commercial and residential management services to independent high-end facilities in the Lehigh Valley (PA), New York City and Eastern Long Island markets.(4). Design Management: Our design division coexists with Optima Durant Development projects in Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas. Optima Durant Design also operates as an independent entity serving mid-level to über-high-end clientele. Our integrated and bespoke approach to design incorporates architecture with interior design, bringing bold aesthetic inspiration to the forefront, with the appropriate pragmatic balance. Our expert team works closely with every client to fully understand unique functional needs, inspirations, and styles before creating a customized plan for each living space.
