Optimal Hearing Systems, Inc. was founded by Billy Pitt, in 1961, upon the age-old premises of customer service (what we now call patient care) and an insatiable desire to be the very best at what we do, improve quality of life through better hearing and communication. Over the past several decades, Optimal Hearing has grown into a third generation practice with more than 30 locations throughout the Southeast. Although we've grown in size, our core values remain the same.
