I'm Lou Tassell. I’ve worked in Health & wellness for 11 years. I am a fully trained, fully qualified and fully insured Integrated Wellness and Family Coach. I make your wellness work for you– so we look after you, guide and empower you and your family helping you to relax, release, rebalance and to move from Stresses to Smiles™. How I work with clients I work with adults, parents and children to reduce physical, emotional and family stresses - that are always linked! As we work together, we will optimise wellness, communication and connection - enabling you and your family to get the most out of life. Through one to one sessions and interactive courses, I show children how to use their 24/7, always available, wellness superpowers, to positively change the way they feel. With adults I share effective, empowering wellness and parenting toolkits that easily integrate into daily life and enable them to be the person they want to be.
