A senior Procurement Professional having previously held senior management roles within Corporate leadership teams reporting directly into the main board prior to switching to consultancy roles. I am a highly motivated and committed leader, a team player that demonstrates tremendous energy and dedication to the task at hand. I am experienced in leading strategic sourcing functions, developing and leading indirect procurement transformation, strategic cost management programmes, strategy and policy transformation, instigating and managing large National and International sourcing projects, along with managing BPO projects. During the current economic climate there is a clear dependency to challenge all areas of a business for sustainable cost reduction, risk mitigation and Procurement Operations Transformation.
