Optimising Strengths

Optimising Strengths is a specialised practice working with allied health and human-services professionals, leaders, and organisations. Founded by Sharon Quirk, a Master Strengths Profile Practitioner with over 25 years of sector experience, the work creates reflective spaces where people can pause and think clearly about how their work is being carried. For organisations, this supports clearer judgement about how effort and capability are distributed across roles and systems, so work remains sustainable over time. The approach sits at the intersection of strengths, energy, and systems. Strengths Profile is used as a reflective compass rather than a performance tool, supporting insight into sustainability, judgement, and alignment. The work is intentionally held at a scale that allows for depth, presence, and ethical judgement.
