Optimized Systems (OS) is a specialty engineering and energy sustainability firm. Our primary mission is to help building owners and operators achieve the optimum balance of occupant comfort and energy efficiency in their new and existing buildings of all types and sizes. We also help owners find opportunities to save energy in their facilities – at least 25% – and ways to finance the energy-saving improvements. Optimized Systems also provides independent third-party commissioning, design reviews, energy analyses and audits, measurement and verification services, energy metering and analytics, custom energy dashboards, system assessments, and capital plans for budgeting equipment replacement. For clients with limited operating budgets, OS provides a variety of facility support services, including troubleshooting MEP systems, remote system monitoring, alarm response, development and/or implementation of preventative maintenance programs, and training for facility staff. Optimized Systems is totally independent and does not sell or represent any products or equipment. We have highly credential professionals with extensive experience in every major brand of building automation controls and equipment, thus ensuring we can support building owners regardless of who their vendors are or what type or brand their equipment may be. Our staff also has extensive experience as owners' reps in healthcare facility management, so we understand day-to-day building operations from first-hand experience.
