Optimum Athletes

We are a baseball training facility located in Sacramento, CA. We offer throwing, hitting, and lifting. We train athletes as young as middle school and as old as professional baseball. Our Driveline Certified trainers mix professional experience with new ideas and technology to help our athletes reach their full potential. On the throwing side, we utilize Driveline tools (plyo balls, wrist weights, etc.), Jaeger Bands, Shoulder Tubes, Rapsodo, High Frame Rate Video, and more on a daily basis. On the hitting side, we utilize Axe Bats, Blast Motion, HitTrax, and more on a daily basis. On the lifting side, we collaborate with Kime Physical Therapy to build lifting programs designed to attack each athlete's individual needs and deficiencies.
