Founded at the start of 2012, Optimum Transformation (OT) is an entirely web-based fitness and nutrition consultancy; the first of its kind in Egypt, where it first started. As of 2018, A.H. Optimum Transformation Ltd. has been registered as a Cyprus-based, EU company. What differentiates OT's online coaching & training from other coaching services both online and in-person? OT's coaching system and service are constantly being refined and improved. Every 6 months the OT system is updated according to data gathered from client assessments and feedback, while major developments and updates occur annually. The current OT system is the result of 7 years worth of evidence-based development, making it one of the most comprehensive and thorough health and fitness programs available. Our clients co-create their programs with their coaches. We strongly believe this to be the optimal way of ensuring lasting results. All OT programs are based on individual assessments and wishes, and uniquely tailored to the client. More importantly, we do not shy away from educating our clients to read and understand the intricate functions of their bodies and aim at passing on crucial knowledge, wisdom, and tools that allow them to sustain a life of health and fitness in the long run. At OT, we consider ourselves lifelong learners. Our coaches are encouraged to continuously educate themselves and we never implement new exercises, build new programs or tailor systems that have not been thoroughly analyzed, assessed, and tested. This gives us a unique ability to create exclusive programs personalised to each individual client, always ensuring positive results.
