Premises VR studio, 8 x VR booth stations, offering room scale VR experiences using HTC VIVE technology. One of the best aspects of virtual reality is sharing the experience within virtual reality with other players and the studio offers multiplayer options where patrons can encounter the thrill of virtual reality with friends and associates. The studio also operates mobile VR units using HTC VIVE VR headsets (wireless) and Oculus Go VR headsets for events and private functions, schools. Capabilities Part of the quality in a VR experience is having experienced instructors to guide the experience but also to understand the technology, which as it is so new to the market can be temperamental and often requires troubleshooting. The rapid advance of the technology is also such that new hardware and software needs continuous investigation and the studio spends a great deal of time reviewing the VR technology coming onto the market, trailing the technology and rating the quality of the VR experience. The studio only offers technology that can provide the most visceral of VR experiences ensuring the quality of VR experience for our patrons. VR Shop As a leader in evaluating VR technology, the studio has just launched an online VR Shop. There is a great deal of product coming onto the market, some of greater and some of lesser quality. The studio’s VR shop will only retail the highest quality devices and product, as discerned from in-house evaluation. Our supplier agreements have also been negotiated such that we can price match any other VR retailer in Australia. VR Content The studio has access to a great deal of VR software and VR content, but also has the capability to shoot 3D 360 degree video and design VR experiences. The studio has contracted suitable programmers with capabilities in C#, Unity, Unreal Engine to develop content as project scope dictates.
