Ora Collective is an online educational platform that takes a more integrated approach to health. We introduce different concepts and proven methods for improving all areas of health through virtual sessions, home retreats and courses hosted by experts in their field. Our content is based on topics that help to achieve optimal health such as managing mental health, improving physical health, building better relationships and overcoming stressful situations. We look beyond nutrition and exercise, exploring relationships, finances, career, community, breathwork, meditation, movement and more. Ora Collective also partners with freelancers, businesses and corporations to provide wellness at work packages that enhance a person’s quality of life in the workplace and beyond.
