Founded in 2020 during COVID-19, Oracui was built on the realisation that there is an evident disconnect between Gen Zs and the professional workforce. Together came a team of Gen Zs based in Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe who share diverse experience running Venture Capital firms, speaking in Parliament and working with multinational corporations. Today, Oracui is a business improvement and advisory with expertise in people, culture and change. We combine pragmatic commercial acumen with our Gen Z lens to create people-orientated solutions for companies to better access Gen Zs. When businesses and brands want to market to Gen Zs and attract or retain them, they reach out to us. We not only rely on our personal knowledge but also of our Gen Z community from 81 different universities around the world.
