Oran is an independent provider of business and leadership consulting, based in Scotland's Central Belt. We are driven by a desire to help companies and leaders grow and flourish, using our consultant's combined wealth of professional business experience in corporate, SME and family business contexts. We know how to listen and observe, and believe that the best business decisions are the ones we enable our clients to make for themselves. Our main client focus is on businesses in the £5-50M range. But being born out of a technology start-up, we understand the challenges that companies face in their pre-launch and early growth stages, so also work with a small number of start ups and spend time mentoring young entrepreneurs.
