Orange Tree Psychotherapy was founded in 2023 by Caitlin and Nicholas Rudgear to be the practice we always wanted to work at. We are defined by our vision of therapy as by humans, for humans. This means we reconcile our identity as mental health professionals with the reality of our shared humanity. We are dedicated to the well-being of our clients, our staff, and our broader community. We provide collaborative, affirming, and effective mental health counseling services for individuals and couples throughout the lifespan. Our services are delivered primarily in person at our beautiful office in midtown Phoenix and virtually throughout AZ.
