Nice to meet you! I'm Ornit Raviv-Kodenchik, a mother of two daughters, aged 14.5 and 17. I'm married to Guy, a technology expert, and we all live together in Yokneam. A Little About Me: I'm a professional pastry chef and have been self-employed in the field for over 15 years. I specialize in developing gluten-free recipes for flour companies, consult and build menus for restaurants and hotels, and teach a variety of cooking and baking workshops. My eldest daughter, Razi, has celiac disease. The day I told her about it, I promised her she wouldn't miss out on anything. Following this, I dedicated all my work to the gluten-free niche, which is so close and dear to my heart. My recipes are easy and simple. In my workshops, I make sure to use readily available and accessible ingredients, shorten processes, and along the way, bust a few myths. I bring back the joy of baking to participants and help them break through their barriers! I reveal all the secrets, tips, and shortcuts to effortlessly create amazing and delicious gluten-free baked goods! In addition to the in-person workshops held in host homes across most of the country, I've developed a variety of digital workshops and a professional pastry course – the only one of its kind in Israel that is entirely gluten-free!
