Oratory Glory

We started Oratory Glory in 2015 as a communication consultancy supporting individuals and teams with socioemotional skills development through intra- and interpersonal communication, public speaking coaching, and bespoke programming. Since then we've growin into a future of work consultancy and media lab. We partner with companies and institutions to shape more equitable workplaces that inspire aligned collaboration and communal actualization—while supporting transdisciplinary creators on their personal and professional development journeys. We conduct creative and cultural research, design learning and talent development strategies and experiences, and lead mid- to long-term change management communication efforts.
