Orbit Interaction is a broad-based Interaction Design and Intellectual Property consultancy in Palo Alto, California, founded in 1992 by James Leftwich, IDSA as a rebranding of Leftwich Design which was founded in 1983. In its nearly three decades of existence, it has pioneered design and development of integrated software and Device Interaction for consumer electronics, wireless and mobile devices, industrial equipment, medical equipment and systems, and military systems. Services include visual and physical UI analysis and design, UI specification, branding and identity development, strategic business consulting, and intellectual property and patent development.
