With a 90% neurodivergent workforce, Orchvate is proving that inclusion drives innovation. We are a women-led, IIM-B incubated, DPIIT-recognized social enterprise creating sustainable employment pathways for neurodivergents. Our strength comes from a unique mix of lived experience and professional expertise. Many of our team members began as trainees or interns, or joined after seeing the impact of inclusive opportunities firsthand, and have since grown into key roles shaping our programs. This foundation allows us to design pathways with both empathy and rigor — identifying strengths, building skills, and coaching for long-term workplace success. We also partner with enterprises to enable neurodivergent talent to thrive while helping organizations build workplaces that are truly inclusive.
