Orcinus is a business designed to support the hospitality industry, with a focus on quality, fresh food led hotels, restaurants and pubs. The team offers wealth of experience and expertise across three main areas, chef recruitment, team development & training, as well as traineeships and apprenticeships, ensuring the ability to strengthen and develop our clients’ business at their core. Since our launch in 2011, Orcinus committed to ensure the clients’ we work with continue to develop their kitchen brigades with as little stress and recruitment strain as possible. We work with our clients to advance existing team members, with a number of external and in-house development programs. We are dedicated to ensuring the industry continues to grow and develop, whilst being committed to closing the chef skills shortage gap.
