Founded in 2009, ORDB Consulting LLC (formerly ORCIS LLC) has been providing management consulting services, specializing in Strategic Planning, Marketing Planning, and Strategic Management. To date, we've had the opportunity to offer our services to businesses and organizations across more than 20 different industries, including agriculture, education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and professional services, in both the USA and Mongolia. Our team consists of consultants and experts who have over 15 years of professional experience in their respective fields. The expertise areas of our consultants include Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Data Analysis, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, and Trading. Additionally, based on our clients’ needs, we’ve been collaborating with our peers in the consulting industry to increase the value of our services and offerings. ORDB Consulting LLC has been privileged to work with EBRD Mongolia since 2014 through various programs aimed at serving local SMEs. We’ve been collaborating with their Business Advisory Services Program since 2014, Women in Business Program since 2020, and, more recently, their Youth in Business Program since 2024. Our team enjoys volunteering and contributing to our professional fields as part of our social responsibility efforts. The organizations we’ve volunteered for include the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mongolian Management Consultants’ Development Association, Machine Learning UB, Women Techmaker Ambassador, and GDG Cloud Boston.
