Order Directly creates bespoke mobile apps and websites for takeaways giving them the same technology needed to accept orders online. However, we charge no commission on any order ever. We are paid a flat monthly fee by takeaways regardless of how many orders they have. To switch customers back we combine both a loyalty rewards program along with the ordering system to give the customer an incentive to order directly from the takeaway by offering free food and big discounts depending on how many times they order. Our mission is to help local takeaways take back control of their customers and offer a sustainable way to keep up with technology.
