The Ore Industrial Park is a public private partnership initiative between Ondo state government and Hessmac Industry Limited. It is an organized territory of hectares secureD with 30MW independent power plant (expandable to 120MW), infrastructure, administration and legal conditions. It is technically secure for manufacturing, production, creation of estimated local employments and managed by Hessmac Industry Limited. The development of the industrial park is not only limited to the construction of factories but also provides necessary amenities and infrastructure such as road, power, telecom, water, shopping mall, banking etc. It will also benefit from government services such as custom, immigration, ministry of environment, etc making it a one-stop shop. hectares of economic zoned land for SMEs and Multinationals.
