Oregonized Builders
Founded in 1986, Oregonized Builders is dedicated to the research and development of Class panelized home construction systems, with a vision to create more efficient, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions. Oregonized Builders was awarded two United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants to research and develop advancements in panelized home construction. Following years of research, development, and practical application, Oregonized Builders has developed the Uni-Panelized Construction System (UPCS)- a panelized housing technology consisting of standard and interchangeable panels, whose design requires no on-site framing, as each panel functions as both a structural component and serves as a part of the building's envelope. A full-scale, working prototype UPCS structure is currently available for inspection in Myrtle Point, Oregon. Oregonized Builders is located in the Coquille Valley Enterprise Zone in Oregon, an area with numerous industrial sites that are ready for further development and whose primary industries are lumber and manufacturing.
