Orengia Solutions, LLC is a global community and personal development hub aimed at helping others grow themselves beyond their academic identity and live the life they deserve. After 20 years in corporate America, Heather Orengia launched her channels aimed to share the insight and tips that she learned along the way helped her gain confidence and develop the human skills she needed to succeed through her career. Heather found that education and development is almost always the first thing to get cut when budgets get tight, or in some cases, never get launched due to companies not seeing the value. This leaves the individual hanging, having to figure out for themselves what skills they need to develop to succeed. Seeing this gap, Heather saw the opportunity to help these individuals to uncover their skill gaps and guide them in building their own bridge to success.
