Organic Interiors

Organic Interiors is a wellness-focused interior design studio based in Palo Alto, California, dedicated to enhancing well-being, creativity, and connection through commercial design. We specialize in crafting thoughtful, human-centered spaces for workplaces, retail stores, restaurants, fitness studios, spas, wellness centers, healthcare environments, boutique hotels, and educational or community spaces. The studio was founded by Katarina Marin Mayer, a WELL Accredited Professional and the principal designer behind Organic Interiors. Katarina brings a global design perspective shaped by her experience in the United States, Europe, and Japan, where she worked on luxury hospitality projects inspired by nature and minimalism. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating calm, intentional environments that support both functionality and wellness. To help teams thrive, we incorporate tools that enhance collaboration and connection through data-informed design. In partnership with a local tech startup, we integrate Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to better understand how people interact within a space. These insights allow us to design environments that genuinely support communication and collaboration.
