I believe in the law of attraction, and I believe that we all possess the powerful intuition we will need to guide us towards a happy and enriched life. In my role as a coach, I help people get past barriers that are preventing them from making the most of their personal, and professional lives. Too many times we put our dreams on hold. Many times we abandon them completely. Getting "un-stuck" can be difficult, but that doesn't mean that it's not worth the effort. Many times, it just means that you will need to focus on some small things that lead to a bigger goal. Other times, you may realize that things are just not working, and it's become necessary to evaluate the risks associated with taking a big step like a job, or career change. Trusting and empowering our own intuition can be difficult. Fear, guilt or the constant distractions, and drama in our busy lives, can prevent even the strongest person from envisioning and navigating to the life we truly want. This is where I can help as a coach. By helping you learn Mindfulness-Based Growth and Stress Management techniques I can help you plan for, and achieve, a more balanced life.
