Welcome to Organisational Learning Australia. We are dedicated to supporting the Community Services sectors through: Nationally accredited Vocational Education and Training to Advanced Diploma level, Expert RTO consulting and advice services, and Business coaching and support. We do this through apprenticeships, traineeships and flexible on the job learning strategies that support individuals and organisations achieve their goals. We are registered consultants with the Australian Council for Private Education & Training (ACPET) and offer a number of solutions to Registered Training Organisations seeking to gain registration, meet compliance, write learning and assessment strategies, and complete internal auditing within the AQTF framework. Our Industry Training Consultants have over 20 combined years within the community services sector with dominant experience in Employment Services. We are currently offering a number of products to strengthen Disability Employment Services organisations as they prepare for RFT in 2012.
