The Good Landlord' We offer high-end, easy-to-live in, clean and hygienic accommodation in Andover, Hampshire. Our tenants each rent one bedroom within a property and share the communal bathrooms, kitchens, and dining/living rooms with the other tenants in the house. The houses and their outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard offering a home you can be comfortable in and proud of. A weekly cleaner is provided for all communal areas. Flexible length lets (especially for those on short-term employment contracts) are our speciality, you can always extend your stay. We are also a member of the Residential Landlords Association and National Landlords Association, as well as Test Valley Borough Council's Private Landlord Forum.
