We believe that the housing crisis in the UK should be tackled head on, by finding and delivering a full spectrum of sites for new homes, brownfield and greenfield, in locations which will provide for the day to day needs of residents, and which are designed to create inspirational places to live and thrive. Having a safe, secure home that is appropriate to everyone’s life is a basic need that provides a springboard for life, and we believe that good strategic planning and placemaking are the tools to deliver this.
