Original Path Guiding

Original Path Guiding provides opportunitues for nature exploration and stress relief through Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) which provides deep relaxation, reduced stress, self-reflection, and improved clarity. You will work directly with an experienced and fully accredited Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. Your guide has over 35 years of guiding experience and is a fully certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), Professional Interpretive Guide (IGA), certified in 4 Season Group Management, and holds Advanced Wilderness First Aid certification. The Forest Bathing experience is very calming to the nervous system and mind. The experience will also include traveling through nature at a very relaxing pace through amazing backcountry vistas, lakes, creeks, meadows, and more. Forest Bathing is a research-based practice that supports mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional healing and wellness.
