Building and designing homes from to Jens grew up helping around the job site with his dad. Upon graduating from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in business he went to Europe to work for a Swedish home building firm. Upon returning to California he spent several years as a Real Estate Broker and Loan Officer. In 1993 Jens and his father relocated to Colorado Springs to continue building and designing homes. Along with building, Jens has been designing custom homes for over 10 years. His “hands on” approach to building gives him experience in several facets of the construction process from designing to framing to painting. Many of the homes Jens designed are located on the challenging hillsides of Colorado Springs. Jens also holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License and a B-1 Commercial Contractor’s License.
