Orlance, Inc. is a Seattle-based biotech company developing the MACH-1TM platform of precise and localized powdered vaccines and immunotherapies for multiple indications including influenza, fungal diseases, and various cancers. The lead MACH-1 asset, a universal influenza vaccine, is targeted to enter Phase 1 trials in early 2027. MACH-1 needle-free vaccines and immunotherapies are powdered, low-dose, and shelf-stable nucleic acid formulations delivered pneumatically into the epidermis, the outermost active layer of skin. MACH-1’s epidermal targeting uniquely produces immediate and highly-localized dosing, generating both systemic antibody and T-cell and mucosal T-cell immunity.
